Enjoyed the gym.. Very clean. great hours in the morning for me. Just be careful not all the trainers are certified, when asked to see proof one trainer was very shady and ruded and didnt want to show me it.

Joined a couple weeks ago and I love it. It is a good atmosphere for all fitness levels and ages. The cardio area can get a little cramped during some times in the morning and PM but you can usually get on something within 10 to 15 minutes. Great clean place and they have showers if you want to work out before work! My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the gym itself) is the lack of parking. I sometimes find it easier to park in the B of A lot accross the street (behind the old service station. A gym like this was much needed in Maplewood and these guys delivered!
