very unsatisfied. we are buying granite countertops and hardwood flooring. We went in and were very pleased about the nice man we spoke with and the urgency that he set the appointment up to come give us an estimate. Then he never has called us back. We have called 2 times to get the estimate and no return phone call. Just yesterday we signed with another company for 8 thousand for granite and still looking for someone to do our floors. To bad that they couldn't return a phone call or follow through. they are very nice when you walk in but obviously things are good for the company because i am not going to beg for your business.
