Just Not Good

For my job I do a lot of traveling and my company usually puts me in a mid line motel. This was not even close, 20 years ago I bet this place was pretty nice however lack of maintenance and lack of care by the staff has turned this motel into a pile of crap.
First off this motel is in an awful location, it is hard to get to due to city design so you almost have to be a local to figure out how to get there which defeats the purpose. On one side of the motel the freeway runs full blast and on the other side there is a train that will do no less than wake you up three times a night so either way you are stuck with noise.
I had two rooms, the first was on the freeway side. I walked into the room and immediately noticed the trash that was still on the floor from the last tenant. The window was wide open right next to the freeway and the walls were disgusting. I checked the bed for stains but this seemed clean. I could not stand the freeway that night so I switched to the other side of the motel. This room had trash also and the door to the bathroom needed replaced due to it expanding with all the water in the partial board and the fist sized dent (almost hole) in it.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else this place is terrible.

I went to this hotel because it was a local hotel. I decided to go for the King room with jacuzzi as it was such a nice room (the queen jacuzzi room is not nearly as nice). When I went to take a jacuzzi the walls of the tub were slimy. This could be due to the chemicals they said they use on the tub to clean up. They did not believe me that the tub was dirty. I also asked to stay an extra hour, they said no and then they said I could not even stay an extra 15 minutes. The note they had at the front desk was not clear, it made it sound like they were open to letting you stay a little extra time, when actually it meant the exact opposite (i.e. they would charge you for another day if you stayed longer). The TV did not work right at first and their instructions didn't help. I was able to figure it out on my own. I have never been treated as rudely at any hotel as the owners of this place treated me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, they do not care about the customer.
