Staff at this location is unbelievably rude and could care less about customer service. The new Manager, Miranda, however, is on top of the situation and was very kind in listening to my complaint. I believe she will address the problem and hopefully correct it.There is competition all around this Subway including other Subways within 3 miles of this location. The only thing that truly sets a restaurant apart from their competitors is quality customer service. The only way to assure a business offers us that service is to let the manager know when there is a problem. In my case, two employees were in the back talking and ignoring the front. They had no idea I had been standing up there for 2 to 3 minutes!!! When I went to get them so I could be waited on, the young girl scolded me for not ringing the bell AND THEN for daring to come and call for her! Rude doesn't even describe this experience.
