I understand your frustration in not being able to contact dispatch. For convenience , we have a policy in place to pick up prepaid customers outside of our business hours. (Please note hours of operations below.) We train our drivers to explain this policy, considering the possibility of things happening outside of anyones control. We strive to be quality and reliable transportation service even when plans change. I am not sure how the event played out but we will definitely look into the matter to make sure this sort of thing does not happen again.
