Roach on top of meat hot plate. Called staff member over to remove the roach for the sign over the meat hot plate and she just let the roach drop on to the hot plate. The roach run around the hot plate but the staff member would not kill it she said only management could kill the roach.

The shrimp was not devained. The waste strip had not been removed. This is a scavenger item and really was not made to be eaten but to clean the bottom of the ocean.

Needs people who respect the customer to full instinct, my wait stress was very rude and disrespectful he stay in his stupid phone instead of looking around to see if I or other customers need anything. When I couldn't get his attention by waving my hand I hit the cup on the table three times asking for a refill. When he came back to the table with my refill he slammed on the table like he had a long day or should I say attitude. Never will I or my family step foot in habachi grill ever again.

Eat at Hibachi Grill, Matteson, IL, at your own risk! I was there today for lunch and there was hair stir fried to the beef. If that wasn't bad enough... when we complained, we were told "that just happens at a buffet" Prior to the hair, I noticed that most of the food had not even reached room temperature and the stuffed mushrooms looked like they were 2 days old. To make matters even worse, when we complained about the hair the Hostess starting yelling get out! She was screaming to the top of her lungs and moved towards me very aggressively. I thought of James Brown's quote about knowing karate! Needless to say, we will never patronize Hibachi Grill again. We will file with the IDPH, Better Business Bureau of IL and several other agencies. Be careful if you decide to eat at Hibachi Grill, Matteson, IL.

This was i first time here I LOVED IT and on my way back.
