This emergency clinic is shameful... It's a crime what they charge! Our dog passed away as we were pulling into the parking lot. I ran in to get someone. They took him in and asked if we wanted them to perform CPR. Of course we said yes. Of course the CPR didn't work. I am not even sure if they really did it. They charged us $452.00 for 3 minutes of CPR. How is that legal? They take advantage of grieving and vulnerable pet owners who would say yes to anything to save their pets from dying. They did not advise how much it would cost. Until they said they couldn't revive him. Then to add insult to injury, here is your $452.00 bill. Sorry we couldn't save your pet. I am just devastated and disappointed that this is even possible!!

I was very impressed by this facility and everyone working there. It started out with the loving, supportive greeting at the reception desk and carried over to the care from the doctor and the followup card and call I received. They went so far as to forward the records from our visit to our regular vet for followup which I thought went far beyond the call. I hope not to, but if I ever need emergency care for my pet again, I will visit C-Vets without hesitation. Thank you for being so great!

We have used C-vets many times. We have always been seen immediately and our animals have always been given excellent care. THe staff is very caring and compassionate. It is very reassuring to know that a clinic of this quality is available for emergencies when our regular vet office is closed.
