Absolutely the worst dry cleaners experience I have ever had. I took a ordinary white men's shirt to be laundered, pressed etc that had only been worn twice and laundered once. It came back completely covered in yellowish/brownish stains. Initially the manager thought it was probably starch and sent it back. They are not polite or responsive ... I would always have to initiate a call to the manager because she would not call me when the counter staff indicated she would. They are not a member of BBB and have awful lighting in the store. After almost 1 month of attempts to supposedly fix, they said there was nothing else they could do but offered store credit for another cleaning. Really? They didn't take responsibility for the damage and blamed it on the other cleaning even though the shirt had been worn since and had nothing wrong then or when they took it in....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
