Low class crappy store I can't believe that multimillion $$$ store is unwilling to help a cash customer!!! I misplaced my receipt and all I want a the corect sizeshoes! And because the local store in McAllen Texas inside the la plaza mall does not have it thay are not willing to help!!!! You have lost me as a loyal customer and will lose more when I let me friends and family know of this incident! Not to mention the rude employee who offended me not only by reading the return policy out loud in front of other customers in a very condescending way n wanted to give me 29.00 $$ when u guys still have the shoes available online in the correct size IMA LOOKING FOR AND FOR 118.00$$$!!!!!

I never pay regular price because they have so many sales! And they are good with returns. Some employees are nicer than others but in general they are pretty good.
