Purchased a new Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor from Kerrys. When I picked it up, they had the battery on charge and told me I should charge it when I get it home because the battery was low. After 2 hours of use (less than a week from purchasing), the front tie rod got bent when I hit a hole in the yard. This thing is not well built at all. Kerry's said there was nothing they could do and it would cost $150 for the part and labor to fix it. I left and never went back. 2 years later, after several bade experiences with blades loosening up, deck wheels loosening up etc, I trade it in to buy a John Deere 530X. I come to find out that the 2008 model tractor I bought in July 2008, was actually a 2007 left over model that I paid full price for.... This reduced my trade in value by several hundred dollars. If you go there, check everything... They are not a reputable dealer at all..

I had never used their service but i bought a gas stabalizer for the fuel for the winter time and the salesman was most helpful in explaining how to add how much of the stabalizer to the gas. I found another place in carlisle someone who fixes lawnmowers and small engines who is closer to me.

I decided to upgrade and bought a 2008 Cub Cadet GT 1554 Tractor. I took it back at the beginning of the next season because the belt kept coming off- they could not find any issues with it, but charged me $50 to look at the problem and sharpen the blades. When I got it home, I noticed the blades never were sharpened. I called Kerry and he admitted them made a mistake and did not sharpen the blades. He offered to sharpen them for me, if I dropped the tractor off. The tractor kept throwing the belt almost each time I used it. The deck rollers completely wore out after 20 hours. After 2 years I was tired of the issues I was having with the unit. I decided to trade it in. I purchased the tractor in May 2008. When I went to trade it in (9/2010) they ran the serial number and found out it was manuafactured in 2/2007 - it was 15 months old when I purchased it from Kerry's. They told me it was a 2008 model when I got it - but they lied. They are extremely unethical.
