Stayed there last Saturday. Bathroom doors haven't been cleaned EVER, air didn't work but they had to replace WHILE WE WAITED, pulled back the covers for bed and 2 ROACHES came out. Mgmt wouldn't do anything about it, claimed he personally cleaned that room and would not accept responsibility even when presented with said ROACHES. Disgusting.

Good stay, nice place, friendly staff. The owner is involved and that makes all the difference.

The manager, Mr Patel, was so awesome during check in. He worked with an online booking site when he found out that i over paid for the weekend stay. he called and canceled the canceled the non refundable reservation and then booked the room for me at a better rate through the hotel. We were even allowed to check in early :) which was great due to the 11 straight hours I drove to get here. The bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Not sure about breakfast yet as this is the first night here, but sure am looking forward to it in the morning. :) Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a mall just an exit or two down the highway! I'm very pleased with this hotel and will def come back when in the area!

Facilities were clean and staff was professional. Typical interstate exit location but excellent mall and retail area 5 minutes up the highway
