Nova is difficult to communicate with and not forthcoming with giving information of options, once the contract is signed. I would discourage anyone from signing a contract with Nova, as the arrogance and deception comes out strongly, when they get you on their contract!

Nova Copy had me on a plan which at first sight would save my business a ton of money. After a four year relationship, i would never recommend Nova Copy to my worst enemies. We constantly were having to make service calls, the tech's were very unprofessional and spoke to me in a demeaning manner, and I dealt with 7 different reps throughout my 4 year fiasco. I had an outside consulting company look at my lease, and realized I was being overcharged for copies I never made.
