      Rassbach Realty has a strong history providing exceptional real estate services to Dunn County including Menomonie, Colfax, Elk Mound, Boyceville, Wheeler, and the surrounding communities. Rassbach Realty was first established in June of 1961 at 616 3rd St. E. The office moved to 620 Wilson Avenue on December 7, 1978. In October of 1989, the office was moved to its present location of 2106 Stout Road to ensure better parking, more office space, and greater visibility. Rassbach Realty was organized and founded by Gerald (Tib) Rassbach after being a newspaper editor and publisher for over 31 years. Gerald was well known for his honesty, creative writing skills, family values, and solid work ethic. Gerald's son, Nick, joined his father's business in the fall of 1969 after graduating from UW-Stout and serving in the US Army. Nick became the owner of Rassbach Realty in January of 1981. Nick is dedicated to his buyers and sellers and takes pride in offering superior customer service, including traditional business hours, to serve the client’s needs. Nick's daughter, Jill, rejoined her father in 2007 making Rassbach Realty a successful third generation family business. Jill became licensed in real estate in 1996. Jill loves selling real estate and working with people, and it shows! Erik Davidson became an associate with the company in June of 2010. Erik is a tenured realtor and knows the Dunn County area well. Rassbach Realty is fortunate to have him as part of the team. Put our team to work for you.
