I highly recommend Realty Exec...

I highly recommend Realty Executives for Sales and Mortgage Lending Dept. I've done several transactions with them and they are very professional and caring and get the job done!!! Randy Hayer is an honest, hard working, has your best interest at heart and is a very trustworthy realtor, which I highly recommend!!! The review prior to mine is obviously a made up review!!! They used a fake name to hide behind. It is clear that the review was trying to make Realty Executives look bad so they would go to other realtors - mainly them. I think it's another realtor that's jealous of Realty Executives and is trying to direct people away from a really good company!!! Ignore their so called review!!!! It's fake!!

I have purchased several homes...

I have purchased several homes over the years. Throughout those home purchases there is always a certain level of professionalism expected. This company calls itself Realty Executives but what it should really be named is Realty Walmart. Their Realtors appear poorly trained and unprofessional. In the end I found out to my amazement that the person I was dealing with was the owner of this crude establishment. I felt like someone had sugar coated a bunch of used car salesmen and called them "Executives". I would warn anyone to stay away from this office when buying or selling. There are much better more professional agents in town. Here is a list of my chief complaints. Poor English, hard to understand and I think he (the owner Randy Hayer) uses this to his advantage. Made promises he couldn't keep. Gave me no copies of documentation unless I requested them again and again. Poor Training. Poor People Skills and customer service. After feeling like something was just not quite right, I did a little homework. It appears the person who calls himself the owner (Randy Hayer) is not even a broker. They have their license with some other out of town broker. This is just proof that this office has no over-site from a knowledgeable broker as would be expected. I hope that this helps someone else stay away from this office.

Best customer service I have e...

Best customer service I have ever had from any Realtor in the past 15 years. Realty Executives offers lending along with purchasing a home if needed. My Realtor walked me through the process every step of the way and even fallowed up with me after the close of escrow when I moved in.

Too busy to offer quality customer service

I was told my agent was too busy to be fully engaged in the purchase of my first home. Therefore, I rate the customer service as poor to fair. Since my agent and his assistant were too busy to check the work being done on my property, I suffered mediocre work at best. I had to personally be onsite to ensure work was being accomplished (at all) and when I found crappy work being done, was blown off by my realtor. Because I wanted to purchase the specific property I had in mind, my realtor thought it was a great idea for me to offer more than the asking price yet, later informed me the banks generally go with the listing agent's first offer. When I insisted the bank finance the work needing to be done Ias I had offered $10,000 over asking price), my agent balked for the bank as the work "was extensive". Need I say more? First Time Homebuyer Beware - you are more a victim than a customer and I would not recommend this agency nor any agent who appears to be too busy to get the job done in a timely and productive manner.
