Three stars because the store is always super clean....and clean is very important to me..but they have serious customer service issues. Most of their employees are just plain rude. Rolling eyes when you ask questions..employees more concerned with talking about their personal lives than assisting customers. There is one older thin black woman who is sweet as punch..she is a cashier...and one young white man I always see stocking milk who is very helpful and always polite...but for the most part the workers are just plain indifferent.

ive been going to this winn dixie for a few months and ive had more bad costomer service then good one girl is always on her phone and very rude, likes to gossip about costomers! then another middle aged woman was very rude to an elderly women in front of me in line, the old woman asked her to double bag something and she snatched extra bags and threw them towards her and looked at me and rolled her eyes! but not all of the employees are rude,just most of them. There is another girl that always says hi, how are you with a smile on her face and a younger gentleman who is also very polite. id just like to say to whoever the manager is that it would benifit winn dixie if you pushed good costomer service on ALL your employees. the only reason i go to this store is if i dont want to drive far from my house. the only reason i give it a 2 star is because its clean and some employees were nice.
