The new owners are Ivan Guarducci and Alberto Buglione, Gina’s nephew. They will transform Mangia Toscano into an open kitchen restaurant that will serve food in the Tuscan tradition. The new owners have cooked at Daniel in New York City, Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, and Arnolfo in Colle Val D’Elsa in Italy. Visit the new Mangia Toscano when it reopens in October. The interior will be contemporary Tuscan with imported Italian décor.
