Operational for more than 30 years, Horizon Human Services offers behavioral health services. Located in Miami, Ariz., the organization offers services in anger management, crisis intervention, domestic violence, mental health counseling, substance abuse and prevention. Additionally, it offers psychiatric services, Serious Mental Illness (SMI) rehabilitation programs, residential and outpatient treatment programs and transitional housing. The Horizon House program of Horizon Human Services helps its patrons to use peer support services, vocational services, extended housing and natural supports to decrease their dependency on others and become self sufficient. The center has license from the State of Arizona. The organization also serves the areas of Casa Grande, Coolidge, Globe, Mesa, Miami, Nogales, Payson, Sierra Vista and Apache Junction.
