i'm really sorry for having to write this, but they treated me like garbage in that store, there is a old lady there that looks like a witch and acts like it, she has no idea what shes doing than gets upset at me for not understanding her, and than she complains to the boss that i'm bothering her. when i came in there for help that she had no idea how to fix!!! than the boss started to give me attitude, and screws me with a bunch of hidden extra fees.than my whole plan that he gives me doesn't work the next day already.so i call up and they tell me don't come by the store today cause they are closing in a half hour and they want to close up!! and hangs up the phone on me.than i call back and say the same thing and hang up.wooow what a costumer service.really disappointed!!!!!!!!!
