Called on Saturday, asked for working hours... Rick said till 3PM.

We drove in for service... arrived before 2:40, just to be turn down for service...

later on KICKED OUT of the store!!! Totally disrespectfully!

If they are not able to service their customer, why open at all?

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED for the disrespect. Why say you are open till 3, customer drives in, just hear you screaming that you are the boss and GET OUT OF MY STORE???



All our tire business we use to bring to ACE TIRE, they are not at all polite, but we knew no better!

I emailed Alan about some replacement tires and he responded very quickly with a very good price. I had my tires replaced and an alignment done on two separate occasions and both times the manager (Ricky?) was friendly and respectful. Best of all the job was done right the first time. I've already been recommending their store to friends and coworkers. Only downside is that they don't have a store in Broward.

Good quick service and excellent prices in comparison with others. LOL and entertaining staff of employees and employers

Ace Tire is far and away the best tire store that I have ever done business with. Not only did their company provide me with the best prices in the industry, but their customer service was top notch. I live in Boca Raton and will have no problem driving the one hour to Ace the next time that I need tires. Thank you and it was a pleasure doing business!

I would recommend Ace Tire to everyone. I was in need of new tires and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Since I am a girl and don't know anything about tires they really put my mind at ease and in a very short time outfitted my car with new tires that were very reasonable in cost.

This place has crappy customer service. I called and asked about 2 tires I needed for my SUV and they gave a price and said they had them in stock. After driving a half hour over to their shop. I was greeted by a clerk that not only had no hair but also no name tag. He told they didn't have them in stock after he said over the phone he did. Not only did he not have them, he gave me attitude when I told him I had called earlier. A total waste of a trip, gas, money and time. I would not recommend these clowns.
