DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY: Very inadequate property appraisal. Comparable sales used were a year old even though there were similar properties sold in 2016 in close proximity to appraised home. The appraised value was not even in the ballpark of what houses are valued in my area. Contacted Britt Rosen, we had several discussions and he, basically, went out of his way to find reasons to justify the inadequate appraisal. I forwarded addresses of 3 property sales of similar houses in very close proximity that were sold within the previous 6 months. None of these sales were used as comparables in the appraisal. My email was ignored by Britt Rosen. Since I forwarded this information, I've found at least 4 additional similar properties in my neighborhood that were sold from January - April 2016. Again, none of these were used in Britt Rosen's appraisal. I hired another company for a second appraisal, and this time the appraisal was done professionalyl and accurately. AVOID BRITTEX Inc.
