Family America is a good name for this company because you truly treated us like family and I am certain you were sent to us by the grace of God. I trusted another company to do my mortgage but it failed. I remembered your offer and called you two months later and you know the praise "I told you so" LOL .Well its true in this case. not only did he complete the paper work in less than 4 days but got us through underwriting. The previous company tried for 2 months and failed because of their incompetence. All praises to you Gary Zawadzki. And we thank God for allowing you to help us.

Do NOT do business with these people. They will stall on your loan request until you lose whatever deal you are working on due to repeated requests for more information and continuous extensions for closing. You will feel like a common criminal when they are done with you despite an excellent credit score.
