This place has 2 floors of fab...

This place has 2 floors of fabric, which it has a great variety. The workers in there are so fake (personality wise). Every time I go in there they are talking to a customer telling them how great they are but as soon as that customer walks out the door, they'll say something like "That customer is so stupid". I cant expect super customer service because Miami is just ghetto like that, but this happens every time i go there, because they think I dont understand Spanish (folks say I look African-American but I'm from Central America). If you don't look Hispanic they won't help you or speak to you if you need help. So to you tourists and locals that are looking for fabric, they've got variety and quality but they are expensive. I paid $32 for 3 yards of cheetah print polyester, gorgeous but I can get silk from www.VogueFabricsStore.com, www.Fabric.com, and www.FashionFabricsclub.com, they have variety, quality and reasonable prices and lots of sales every week. Miami sucks for the fashionista seamstress like me. I lived in NYC and of course that's fabic heaven for me. You have to order online, go to NYC or L.A. for sourcing great fabric.

Oh yeah, that store is kinda dark inside when I got home the fabric has some stains, luckily it came out after a gentle wash in my washing machine. I'm sure that lady said something negative about me when I left but I wont be shopping for my fabric there anymore. Expensive, bad service, its good for tourist i guess...
