I was looking for a water heater that would give us enough hot water to take showers, wash up, and do the dishes . It does all that and more .

This product is a marvelous value for the investment ...could not be happier with the performance

So far so good. I installed this is a 2 bedroom condo in South Florida for all our hot water needs - just the two of us, and it is fine - plenty of hot water, had to turn it down to like 116, the water was that hot. We could probably have lived with the smaller model but wanted to make sure we had enough hot water and this is fine. I was going to try to install the circuit breaker and 6 gauge wires myself, but on opening up the panel we figured it was better to upgrade the panel at the same time so had an electrician do everything. Wiring inside the old panel was somewhat iffy with various connections inside there/

Titan N-270 Works great! Runs hot water in more than one room without affecting the water temp in both rooms. Love it!! One of my better buys this year !

Love it. Now I have a closet instead of a big fat water tank! I live in a condo and space is limited, so this small, efficient unit is very suitable for me. Makes water hot in seconds and takes up very little space.

This is a replacement for one we bougnt back in the 90's and finally quit working, the previous one lasted a lot longer than it was suppose to so I got another one just like it. We really like this brand it works very effciently.

I switched from a 60 gallon natural gas water heater to the Titan electric tankless water heater. I was worried about it's ability to provide hot water for a family of 5 but so far I am very happy. The response time for hot water is great, much faster than it was with the gas water heater. With the gas water heater it would take at least 30 seconds for the water to start feeling warm. With my Titan water heater you start feeling the water warming up in 10 to 15 seconds and it's hot within 20 seconds.

My Titan tankless water heater was easy to install and was delivered without any problems. We are very pleased with not ever running out of hot water. We don't have to set it at its' highest setting because it delivers hot water on medium. I would recommend this product for ease of use and installation. I like that it is a name brand that I know and trust and the price fit my finances. It is quiet and works like a charm.

Totally exceded my expectations...I am in awe, every time I turn on my hot water...Fantastic! I'm a fan & have recommended to several of my family & Friends.

Amazingly small and efficient so far. Only installed 3 weeks ago but performing just as advertised for a small home of 3 people with 1 and 1/2 baths. No shortage of hot water and the space you get in return from a traditional heater is tremendous. Should save on electricity bill but waiting to get next bill after install. I would recommend this unit or whatever size you need for your use.

This thing is tiny but it works great! It installed without a hitch and only takes about 15 seconds to get hot water. There's still a tiny dip in temperature if you're in the shower and someone flushes but it quickly recoups. I love taking long showers and this thing has never run out of hot water. Wish I'd gotten one of these instead of the big tank heater in my old house!

I owned this product so far for a month and has been doing great. Excellent performance, consistently hot water and great energy savings. I installed it my self and I have a few tips:
Make sure you use #6 electric cable, it's the recommended and safer cable width. You will need three cables and a 60 amp breaker. For the water pipes. You will NOT need any water heater hose. You only need to adapt the house water pipes to the heater with pressure fitting (which are included with the water heater) make sure that after you install all, BUT before feeding the heater with electricity, open all the house hot and cold water faucets to remove all the air inside the pipes. THEN, feed it with the electricity. After this you will be amazed by its performance.

This product has worked flawlessly since day one. Our electric bill has consistently been ~10% lower since install back in February of 2015, so it's probably paid for itself already. I also definitely recommend getting a good contractor to perform the electrical work (which is where the majority of the cost will be for the install).

Hands down, the BEST Tankless water heater on the market today. Biggest strength is the reliable, satisfying water temperature and flow .

The easiest installation ever! This product has worked exceptionally well and met all expectations. I installed in a in a 2 bath home with 3 occupancy. We rarely take showers at the same time so this unit does fine. Now if I did use the bathroom simultaneously I would go with a larger unit, but that would require some extra electrical work, but I'm sure it would still be cost effective in the long run. Waiting on our first power bill but I know it has to be cheaper that hearing a regular water heater eating up juice all day for nothing. Will never go back too a tank.

We had a old tank water heater & we will never go back . Love the Tankless water heater we purchased from Niagara . I am recommend this product to everyone I know !
