      Classes and accommodations where fine, the people running it are knowledgable. However I met a home improvement contractor, I used to be in the business so we talked shop. He's bragging about fining fat pigeons while making the rounds at these places. He gets in hourly he slows up, in any case he opens up the walsl & finds "problems". Let him in your house & he'll clean you out. If you meet a part time yoga teacher " semi retired" contractor take the classes skip the home improvement work.

      In keeping with the spirit of yoga, classes are open to all regardless of race, creed, or finance.

      free 1 hour classes for new beginners, Wed.Oct. 28, 11:15am or 7:15pm or Sat. at 12 noon. the 5 week beginners course starts the following week, same days and times, classes are 1 1/2 hrs, and the full fee is $70, no credit cards please......all are welcome, we look forward to knowing your smile
