I've had a really great experience with this shop. Straight to the point, this is what's wrong, this is how we'll fix it, and this is how much it'll cost. No unnecessary added "problems" or being taken for a ride because I'm a woman. I appreciate the honesty and it's hard to come by these days.

I was stuck on the side of rt. 2 in the freezing cold, Untouchable Towing was there within 45 min. My alternator went in my car so I also had it serviced there. Fast, courteous, professional, and very reasonably priced.

I broke down on RTE 9 and called around to get prices for a tow and Untouchable Towing was the most reasonable so I had them tow my car to where I live in Middletown and I absolutely love the service. They were so kind and professional. I was a bit nervous getting a ride home in a tow truck because I imagine them to be dirty and gross but there truck was super clean and comfortable. If you ever break down give them a call for sure!

I been going to Untouchable for years now. I live all the way and Colchester and won’t bring my car anywhere else. Charles is someone you can trust he is so honest and knows exactly what he’s doing. If you’re going to bring your car somewhere bring it here, you won’t regret it.

By far the best mechanic shop I have been to. I’ve been living in CT for quite some time now and I would go to mechanic shops in the past and they would completely overcharge me. Then I found Untouchable Towing. The owner Charles is so honest and super affordable. Not only did he fix my Honda but it seems to be running a lot better overall as well. The service was excellent, these guys managed to not only fix the issue with my car, but also made it run relatively quieter than before. Very good place to stop by.

We broke down on RT 9 around 6:30 PM. Untouchable came out in the 90+ degrees, hooked us up and got us going. All this and the guy was on vacation too! He gave us a fair price and repairs were made quickly.

This may be the best mechanic shop I ever been to. The place is super clean, unlike other shops, the mechanic actually knows what he is doing. All of the workers are so helpful and nice. I love the fact they actually explain to you everything that is wrong with your car and what it may need done. And they will also provide shuttle service back home and to pick your vehicle back up if you don't have a provided ride, which is extremely generous. Coming to this shop from now on, i love it.
