I just moved out here for work and thought this was a nice little park to live at. After the first week, my wife and 3 kids moved out here with me. Come to find out, the park manager, Carl Lee Raymond, is an unregistered sex offender that lives no more than 50 feet from the school bus stop. He also walks around the park by himself at all hours of the night doing God knows what. I cannot express how scared this makes me leaving my wife and children at home while I’m gone. The park owner knows about all this as well as I have called him multiple times about it. He won’t do anything about it and simply does not care. I’m currently looking for another park to live at. I CANNOT and WILL NOT support and/or live in a park that encourages pediphilia. I’ve notified all the other families in the park and they will be packing up and moving out as well. If you’re looking to move in here, turn around and find some place else.

This rv park is in a clean,quite neaborhood, on a paved road. It's a small rv park my neighbors are great, animals are welcome and the owner is real laid back. I lost my job a while back and I couldn't pay my rent for 3 weeks and the owner, Greg, he was real good about it. I'm happy here ! ! !
