0These ladies work hard to educate their customers on all the ins and outs of ink
I came into the store not knowing a lot about toner cartridges and the whole process. I was thrilled to find out that not only would they save me a lot of money but they already had my cartridge pre filled and ready to go. The staff there went out of their way to explain to me how they test all of their cartridges and offer 100% customer satisfaction. I have even referred my company to them. I totally support small business and this one is worth checking out.

I have a pretty good experience with this Cartridge World location. The staff is very friendly, and they know what they are doing. I just could not stand to pay full price for my ink and gave them a try since last July. So far I have no complaint.

Very poor quality cartridges. Ink runs out quickly. I tried to return one because once installed, my computer kept saying 'almost out of ink.' The lady at the store told me that is 'normal.' So, I was not allowed to return the cartridge for my 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Save yourself some money and either buy from the manufacturer a cartridge that will actually last, or use another refill provider.
