Ten on Ten! Excellent service from Millbrae Locksmiths! The job took less time than I had anticipated and the prices were lower than what most firms in Millbrae, CA 94030 charged. Besides, there were no extra charges despite calling them after 11 pm, which made the deal a lot sweeter. I would highly recommend Millbrae Locksmiths to anyone looking for quality as well as affordability.

Hired them around six times now and they’ve never let me down. Since I worked odd shifts, their 24 hour services meant that I could hire them at just about any time I wanted. Its been ages since Id got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! The firm I used to call up apparently went out of business years ago, so I took to the internet and found Millbrae Locksmiths had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didnt know if theyd really live up to the tall claims theyd made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm.Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. Id never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount hell charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didnt expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure hell throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong. Millbrae Locksmiths has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently.Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.
Very pleased with my experience with Millbrae Locksmiths. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but Millbrae Locksmiths didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like? We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The guys from Millbrae Locksmiths were at our house within 25 minutes and got us in quickly without damaging our lock. Super nice and friendly! I will use them again if i need them. Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Millbrae, CA. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt.
