      Technicians are very good. Office staff does NOT communicate well with customers, nor their employees. Office manager is not very customer focused. Get an itemized quote before they do any work for you. Business practices leave a lot to be desired.

      They suck!

      We called them on a Tuesday, and told us that they wouldn't come up until Friday from 8-12pm. So Friday came of course they came at 12. He was extremely rude and was no help! After being here for 10 minutes, he said he needed to go to Berlin to get the part and if they didn't have it then he would pick it up on Monday. He said that his office would call us. No one did! Monday rolls around after being in a house over 90 degrees for the whole weekend. We had to call the office twice to get an answer, and the front desk person gave us a real attitude! She said they had to order the part and she'll call us when she knows something. So now its been a week without air! I'm sitting in a oven with a fan 2 inches away from my face,and all they can do is have an attitude when we are looking for answers. So whatever you do....Don't call this company!!!
