Bob Falconi and his sisters Jeanne, Deb, and Dianne grew up in the construction business. Their father, Joe, started the family business in 1952. Bob started with their father as a youngster, and through daily exposure knew what he wanted to do early in life. Jeanne started working part-time in the office after school when she was 14 years old and full-time after graduating with a Business Management Degree. After getting their degrees in Business Management, Deb and Dianne joined the company full-time. "This is a real family business", says Bob. After many successful years in the apartment industry, Falconi Companies continued building high quality projects which included condominiums and townhomes. In 1996, Falconi Builders was founded to design, build and sell custom luxury homes. Today, their properties cover the South Shore including, Milton, Canton, Norwell, Hanover, Marshfield, Pembroke and Dartmouth. The Falconi Family owns and manages over 1, 200 residential and commercial properties and continue to construct new homes.. Every aspect of every project is personally handled by a Falconi, from initial plot purchase through architectural layout to interior design. As always, Bob gives credit where credit is due ; "No company can be successful without dedicated long-time employees and we have many". With loyalty being a forgotten word, Falconi Companies break from this school of thought and revert to the old school of long-term employees.
