This is the second time I use E.B.T. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable in the Dilhr Certification process he went above and beyond expected. I purchased a property that was certified but we were unaware that the property was Dilhr certified until Mike researched the property and discovered that the certificate was not recorded in the county. Mike was able to assist with getting a copy of the certification of compliance from Madison thus costing me a fraction of what I would have spent. I would highly recommend EBT to anyone Mike always does his homework and does what he can to save on expenses.
