Got a large order from Big Apple. The price was very little negotiable. They said everything is on hand and in stock, ready to ship. Got the delivery, but ordered too much of one item. Called to return. The return policy was: We will take 20% for restocking fee, plus $100 for pick up (delivery back to store). Reason: Cambridge charges restocking fee!!! Not sure why, when they had all in stock and ready to ship right away. Not bad, but not great either. Prices were comparable to anywhere else. Communication skills, much to be desired.
