      I bought my Janome and my serger from David Gratz.

      I bought my Janome and Serger from Gratz. David is the best! I can always get my questions answered from Dave on my machines. When you buy your machines Dave will allow you to come in and see how to use your machine as many times as needed. Dave will always go the extra mile for you too. I called to get a few items for Dave to send to my home . He sent to my home sewing needles, bobbin spools and more. He is a great person in the business world!!

      I have had my sewing machine and serger serviced and repaired at Gratz over the past 20 years. I have ALWAYS found them to be able to fix anything I have done to my machines. They are dependable and honest besides being really nice:)I would recommend this shop over any other in the Twin Cities.

      Dave is the greatest. Family owned business. I bought my first serger from his Dad. You cannot beat his prices for services. Just check around then you will call Dave back. He stands behind his work
