It stocks and services various products from more than 5,000 British thermal units to 20-ton rooftop units. Its products include commercial programmable thermostats, duct-free split system and split system condensing units, as well as residential air conditioners with Puron refrigerant. In addition to selling equipment, it offers training courses to ensure the proper maintenance of products for its dealers. It employs a support representative who is available to answer questions regarding the installation, use, operation and maintenance of its equipment. Headquartered in Bloomington, Minn., it maintains locations in Crystal and Oakdale, Minn., that offer a range of parts and other products for various heating and air-conditioning unit.
