After years of mechanized big business customer treatment, I realized that I appreciated the personal relationships I developed with clients over a "volume" approach to business. I left big business insurance in 2010 to start this new insurance agency focused solely on personal, custom care of my clients. No two clients are alike and no formula works for every client. In leaving the big company cookie cutter approach, I have found personal satisfaction helping insure my clients in the best way for them.
