I've had 3 very good picture framing experiences with them. Not all people in this department are equally knowledgeable, but all 3 jobs worked out well in the end. (On one job, the wrong frame was ordered by the person completing the order form. It was for a set of 4 pictures with custom frames. The store re-did the order, and I got my pictures with the mat, glass, and frame I had wanted. The price would have been higher than the price calculated for the original order, but I was not charged for the difference.) All of the framed pictures look great!
