      Don't bother. After 3 weeks, I still haven't gotten an appraisal. Called them after two weeks, they gave excuses, said "Friday". Friday came and went, today is Monday pm, still don't have it, so cancelled. They seemed surprised by that. I suppose they have enough clients.
