TERRIBLE!!! Buyer beware. The staff is rude and they don't stand up to Hallmark standards. They are independently owned so please customers do yourself a favor and only shop at "Real" Hallmark stores.

I would not recommend the Bayleigh's Hallmark in Monroeville to ANYONE. The manager Tracy along with her staff is extremely rude and have a "we are better than you" attitude. They have no idea what customer service is and the intergrity that the Hallmark company is supposed to represent.. Also, if you try and call them about a product or question, don't be surprised if you are hung up in the proccess in a rude and unnecessary manner. No one should be treated in the poor way they treat those who help keep their store open by making numerous purchases there. I have heard this same treatment there has happened to others, so do yourself a favor and do not support this terrible location.
