Advanced Physician Weight Management is a physician-directed weight loss program. The center offers a range of services, such as comprehensive physical examination, nutritional evaluation, state-of-the-art laboratory testing and prescription and natural weight loss medications. Located in Montgomery, Ala., it provides an array of products, which include breakfast bars, fruit drinks, meals and capsules. The products are of various brands, such as ChromeMate and Rodex Forte. The center is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
