I would recommend this shop for anyone in search of a unique gift idea for a special friend or maybe even yourself. While the service is not consistent the selection is great. And - isn't that what a good shopping trip is all about!

I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service displayed by the three young ladies working. I had to ask for help and was never greeted or acknowledged, even though there was only one other customer in the entire store. These ladies then acted like I was a bother when I asked a question. The store is pretty, but I will not be back!

I love rowenas. Just wish they would get a website.

Rowenas is a wonderful gift shop which sells the new staxx jewelery collection. The prices are quite low and affordable.
