The professionals are extremely caring and take the time (even if it takes extra sessions), to train the client in the care and use of the hearing aid. They are meticulous in ensuring that the client is aware of the varied uses of the settings, which depend on the amount of ambient noise, exterior acoustics, and the direction of the speaker or other desired stimuli. I was amazed at the amount of time and sessions they spent with me in this training. The office staff is upbeat, friendly and extremely helpful. Not only is this a totally professional operation, but it is accompanied by a helpful dose of TLC.
