Selfish Jewish slumloards, they own property at 60 east4th street and 237 Franklin avenue, they don't care about there tenants. I had several complaints that I made to both mark and Larry and they did nothing to help me. There's broken locks on the buildings the stairwell is always filthy. There mice roaches and at times bums loitering in the halls. Jewish slumloard do nothing to stop this after being aware of these issues. There's also people getting high and smoking in the hallway and lobby. Don't rent from these clowns go find a apartment elsewhere.
