Established in 2000, Mohican Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (MSM or MSMR), a physical therapist-owned practice providing contract rehabilitative services to outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, home health agencies, and MR/DD facilities. Our physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, and certified occupational therapy assistants help people in central Ohio get back to living their lives. We strive to provide friendly, efficient, and skillful treatments which maximize functional outcome of the patient and provide education to patients, families, and facilities we serve.
