Very rude and unprofessional staff. One staff member called to scold me, like she was my mother, for missing my appointment. However, I did call to cancel, but was put on hold for nearly 5 minutes. My time, like theirs, doesn't allow for me to be on hold that long and I hung up. My partner went in for an appointment two days later and was told since I missed mine, his was canceled. The staff was very rude to him. I want to make sure that no one visits this office unless they do no value kindness and customer service.
