Nice nail shop, but overshadowed by unfriendly service. I have done a better job giving myself a manicure using $2.00 polish. They just see you as a walking dollar sign. Will not be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am disappointed in a business that has a discrepancy in prices between their website and in person. They would not grant me the price I verified over the internet when I booked the appointment over a month ago. They argued saying the web host hasn't updated their prices, but a 20.00 difference in price is alot in this time. I said I have no problems paying the increase if that was in fact the price that was reflected on their website as well - I confirmed as of yesterday the price and it was still 125.00. I only made a point they need to update prices in the website, but instead said there is nothing they can do and left it at that. They did not offer another solution or even say that they will fix the issue, they made me feel like an idiot as a consumer and i could have gone to any other salon but I picked them. This is a complaint of bad advertising which cost the consumer more money than they expected and poor customer service. They should be ashamed!!!

Tom's been doing my nails for several years. I live in Woodinville and work in Redmond and still I drive to Mukilteo to get my nails done in this beautiful place. Vanessa is a gifted stylist and does a wonderful job. I do not get pedicures done here anymore. Some are good, but some are not.

Love this place! Tom and Vanessa are the best! Clean, beautiful and friendly place. Always so accommodating with their costumes.

I like the spa atmosphere and lack of TV with rabbit ears and foil I've seen around. Spa music is nice over TV. Mukilteo has a number of nail salons and this one is the nicest so far without the high prices. Thanks for coming to Mukilteo!

Beautiful, calm and relaxing place. Pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. Vanessa is a very talented stylist. I would (and do) go out of my way to use their services. Highly recommend!
