The Cossey's are wonderful. The meats they carry use no added chemicals-- after using only their meats, I feel better physically and notice less problems w/ things like blood pressure (I am a heart patient with diabetes). They are the only place where you can get ground chicken (which is much better than ground turkey taste-wise and with the skin removed is extremely lean). Mr. Cossey does the best veal cutlets around with just short notice so that he can make sure it is good and fresh. Their sausages and hot dog wieners are absolutely outstanding. They now get all of my meat business-- Albertson's, Homeland and Wal-Mart BEWARE!!!
