They replaced my water heater in '06 and did a great job. Called them a couple weeks ago for a "toilet leak in guest bath." Dispatcher described it to the plumber as a "problem flushing." Since the guest bath flushed OK, he assumed the problem was in the Master, and changed out that flush kit. $253. Rushed off to next job and called me enroute. Realized screwup. Returned and replaced flush kit in guest toilet. Both kits were new in '06; I was surprised either needed it. Home inspector shows up, toilet still leaks. Needed a tank gasket. $313. Didn't charge me for the unneeded flush kits. Manager Dave is very professional, but these guys have too much business to handle well.

These people are real professionals! No but cracks about them! They came in clean trucks and clean uniforms with picture badges. They put booties on their shoes, which showed me they cared about my home. They fixed my water heater at a fair price and guaranteed that it would stay fixed for two years or they would fix it for free. The plumber was real nice and courteous, and cleaned up the are better than when he found it. I highly recommend them.
