My experience with 5 Star was fantastic right from the start. When I placed my initial phone call, I spoke with Ronnie. She was very helpful and all of my questions were answered. The day of our event, the driver (Charly) was right on time. He was very pleasant and made us feel like the day was all about us. Once we got into NYC, he was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The car, a super-stretch, was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful day. Local, reliable and a pleasure to deal with

posted by booboobirdie on 11/12/2010 I have been using another local service for years, and never felt the need to make a change until very recently, when they could not accomodate an early flight schedule (1st time I ever heard of that. I thought limo services were 24/7???) So I shopped around a bit and discovered Legacy/5 Star and couldn't be happier. Friendly service when I called for the arrangements, competitive pricing, NO HASSLES OR SURCHARGES for an early a.m. pick-up (2:00 to be exact). The driver we had (same gentleman for both drop-off and pick-up) was on time, courteous, helpful, professional, and friendly (without being intrusive). I just couldn't be happier. I will never ever use any other service again. Big fancy ads in teh yellow pages usually mean they're charging you too much for the service (it's how they pay for those big fancy ads). Legacy does not advertise on a grand scale, but their service is certainly top-notch. I'm so glad the other place wouldn't accomoda

This is such a GREAT company! I had the best service EVER! The driver was prompt and extremely pleasurable! He made our travelling experience enjoyable and safe!The office personnel was extremely helpful and very accommodating!I truly had a 5***** Service with this company!Will Definitely recommend to anyone who will listen!

I cann't say enough about the company, from the helpful people that answer the phones(yes no voice mail actual people!!) to very helpful advice..... and definetly competiive pricing I have used many company's in the area, and will continue to ONLY use a 5*****............. thanks for the excellent service

The driver arrived about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup at our house. Car was warm, clean and luxurious. Very courteous and friendly driver. He loaded the luggage, explained the seat belts, air conditioning controls, etc. Left on time, very smooth ride to NY airport, Unloaded luggage at airport, in front of check-in area. Competitive pricing. Would use this service again.
