Dishonest and Do not know how to diagnose your machine. Thank God we didn't let them get us for another$119 plus tax!! I will never recommend or ever use again!!

Only given 1 Star because it's not possible to give 0 stars. We called for a dryer repair. Max showed up on that day, and looked at dryer. It needed an ignitor. He didn't have this part, although it's the most common thing to go awry with a gas dryer, said he needed to order it, and would be back 2 days later to install. He wanted payment, about 35% of total repair, up front before he would order part. Gave him check for $60. He did come back 2 days later after I made a follow up call. Installed new ignitor, but then found some other issue with the dryer that he didn't find the first time. He said he would be back the next day. I didn't hear back from him the next day, until I followed up in the evening. He said he had a busy day and would be here today. After expressing displeasure, and giving him the window of time that we would be around, he asked to put it off again until tomorrow. He then said he would just send my check back, unfortunately my check has already been cashed. Beware of this company!
