After contacting this company, they came out to my house in a timely fashion. They answered any questions I had and explained to me what I needed to know about my problem. I found them to be polite and courteous, which has a big influence on me as to whether I hire someone for a job or not. After completing the project, there was no mess left behind, and the job was done to my satisfaction. Also, they did make it clear that I have a year warranty for any of the work done on my house
